About Us
TorontoRPG, which runs TorontoDND, is dedicated to providing spaces and opportunities for all Torontonians to play TTRPGs. Our goal is to make Toronto the most active, inclusive and developed TTRPG community in the world.
As a member of the Board of Directors, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and sustainability of an inclusive Toronto community hub, and you'll gain valuable experience in:
- Collaborating with a group of keen and active board volunteers
- Learning about the inner workings of a not-for-profit organization
- Connecting with the community

Position Description
TorontoRPG is a working board comprised solely of volunteers. The Board is expected to represent TORPG to the community and to advocate for its mission, programs, and services, as appropriate.
The time commitment is approximately 15 hours per month. This includes a combination of preparing for and attending a monthly Board meeting and committee meetings. Directors are expected to attend monthly Board meetings and to chair and/or sit on at least one board committee.
Eligibility
To be eligible to serve as a Board Member, you must be:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Have attended 6 TorontoDND events within the last year
Please note that board members are not expected to make monetary donations to TORPG.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who can bring skills and expertise in the areas identified below as well as a passion for our mission and time available to commit to our work. We are seeking applicants of any age and career stage, with experience from within Canada or beyond, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
Accounting Fundraising Governance Industry Experience (TTRPG) Legal Non-Profit / Charitable Management Marketing / Communications Risk Management Volunteer Management
